Additionally, you can easily download any report in Excel format for offline analysis and sharing.

Types of reports #

i. Backlog report #

    • Overview: The Backlog Report provides a detailed view of all the items in your product backlog. It includes critical information such as item status, priority, assigned user, and customer details. This report helps you manage and prioritize tasks to ensure that your project stays on track.
    • Key features:

ii. Sprint report #

    • Overview: The Sprint Report offers an in-depth look at the progress of your ongoing and completed sprints. It displays detailed information on tasks, including their status, assigned users, and completion metrics. This report is essential for evaluating sprint performance and making data-driven decisions.

iii. Meeting report #

v. SLA Violation report #

vi. Goal report #

  • OverviewThe overall goal report only shows the goals of logged-in teammates. Goals for higher officials are excluded.The most recent goals appear at the top, and the status is shown in different colors.

vii. Goal Task report #

  • Overview: The overall goal task report provides a comparison of goals and their associated tasks, along with the team names responsible for each task.
    Data related to higher officials is excluded from the report to focus on team performance. Each task’s status is highlighted with color indicators, making it easy to identify progress, pending, or completed tasks at a glance.

viii. People Monthly report #

  • Overview: The People Monthly Report provides an overview of data, including user ratings, manager ratings, self-feedback, and manager feedback. It displays both self and team data, along with ratings for each month. The report helps to track individual progress and performance, highlighting feedback from both the user and manager for a comprehensive view of development.
  • Key features:
    • Date filtering: Filter by date range to review People Monthly within a specific period.
    • Pagination:Easily navigate through large People Monthly lists, viewing 10 entries per page

Downloading reports #

    • Download options: Each report (Backlog, Sprint, Meeting,Goal) can be easily downloaded in Excel format. This allows you to save, analyze, and share your reports offline or with team members who may not have access to the Scrum tool.

How to use the reports page #

i. Generate a report #

    • Choose your report type: Select Backlog, Sprint,  Meeting, Goal, Goal Task, or People Monthly Report based on the information you need.
    • Apply filters: Customize your report using the available filters to focus on specific products, customers, dates, or statuses.

ii. Review and download #

    • Review the generated report: Once the report is generated, review the detailed information presented on the page.
    • Download in excel format: If needed, download the report in Excel format for further analysis or sharing.

Best practices #

    • Regular reporting: Make it a habit to generate and review reports regularly to keep track of your project’s progress and performance.
