- Input Fields
1. Product Name
- If you change Product to Choose Product.
- Validation:
- Required field.
- If left empty, a ‘Required’ alert will be shown.
- Note: This field must be selected first to enable the Customer Name field.
2. Customer Name
- If you change Customer to Choose Customer
- Validation:
- Displayed only after selecting a Product Name.
- If the Product Name is not selected first, a ‘Product Name is required’ alert will be shown.
- If left empty, a ‘Required’ alert will be displayed.
3. Issue Priority
- If you change Iuuse Priority to Choose Issue Priority
- Values:
- Urgent
- Critical
- High
- Medium
- Low
- If left empty, a ‘Required’ alert will be displayed.
4. SLA Time
- If you change SLA Time to Choose SLA Time
- Validation:
- Must be a valid number in hours.
- Represents the agreed-upon response or resolution time for the SLA policy.
5. SLA Policy Name
- If you change Iuuse Priority to Choose Issue Priority
- Auto-Fill:
- The SLA Policy Name will be auto-filled based on the selected Product Name, Customer Name, and Issue Priority.
- Users can easily modify the name directly if needed.
- Validation:
- Required field.
- If left empty, a ‘Required’ alert will be displayed.

i. Buttons and Visibility
- Update:
- The Update button validates all fields and, upon successful validation:
- Displays a success popup indicating that the policy has been updated.
- Refreshes the SLA Policy List to display the updated policy.
- If a policy already exists with the same Product Name, Customer Name, Issue Priority,and SLA Time an error message will be displayed:
- “Policy already exists”.
