SLA Policy List

Description

    • The SLA Policy List Page displays a detailed overview of all the SLA policies in your system, allowing you to easily manage and track them. It includes the following features:

SLA policy list page  

         The page displays a list of SLA policies with the following key fields for each policy:

    1. SLA Policy Name: The name or title of the SLA policy.
    2. Product Name: The product associated with the SLA policy.
    3. Customer Name: The customer linked to the SLA policy.
    4. Issue Priority: The priority of issues (Urgent – U, Critical – C, High – H, Medium – M, Low – L).
    5. SLA Time: The agreed-upon SLA time for resolutions, displayed in hours.
    6. Status: The current status of the policy, shown as a toggle button (Active/Inactive).
    7. Action: The Edit button in this column allows users to modify the policy details.The SLA Policy List Page offers users a streamlined view of all SLA policies, including key information about each policy. It enables easy management, updates,

Functionality :

i. Filter options :

    • Product/Customer Filter:
      This filter allows users to filter the SLA policy based on both the Product and Customer columns within a single field.
    • Issue Priority Filter:
      This filter allows users to filter the SLA policy by issue priority.
    • Status Filter:
      This filter allows users to filter the SLA policy by its active status.

ii. Apply Filter :

    • When the user clicks the “Apply” button, the policy updates to display only the policy items that match the selected filter criteria.

iii. Reset Filter :

    • The “Reset” button clears all the applied filters, restoring the policy to show all policy items. The form fields are also reset to their default values, removing any previously selected filter options.

iv. Pagination :

    • The report shows 10 entries per page, with navigation controls to move between pages, making it easier to manage large datasets.
    • Next and Prev buttons are used for page navigation in the reports. The Prev button is displayed only when a previous page is available, and the Next button is displayed only when a next page is available.
