The Goal Dashboard is the central hub within the Scrum Tool for managing and tracking your goals. It provides a comprehensive overview of your goal progress, enabling quick access to current progress details and offering the visibility needed to stay on top of your tasks. With its user-friendly interface, the dashboard ensures you can efficiently monitor and achieve your goals.

Key features of the dashboard

Project Overview

User as Developer: When logged in as a Developer, the dashboard view provides a detailed summary of your goal progress based on their status. It tracks progress and highlights ongoing goals to help boost productivity and effectiveness. This feature offers an overview of your goals, enabling you to compare performance and prioritize tasks efficiently across different goals.

User as Manager: When logged in as a Manager, the dashboard view provides a detailed summary of your goals based on their status. Additionally, you can review the progress of employees’ goals who report to you. The dashboard tracks progress and highlights ongoing goals, helping to enhance productivity and effectiveness. It enables you to compare performance, monitor team goals, and prioritize tasks efficiently across various objectives.

User as Reviewer: When logged in as a Reviewer, the dashboard view provides the access to review the progress of employees’ goals who report to you. The dashboard tracks progress and helping to enhance the employees productivity and effectiveness.

Goal Tracking

Goal Status: Easily view the status of all goals, whether they are On hold, Ongoing, Upcoming, completed, In Review and Review Completed. This helps you quickly identify any bottlenecks or areas that need attention.

Goals Progress: Track the progress of ongoing Goals, with visual indicators showing how much goals has been completed and what remains. This ensures that your team stays on track to meet goals.

How to use the Goal Dashboard

Navigate to the Goal Dashboard:

Access from the main menu: From the main menu, click on “Dashboard Dropdown” and again click on “Goal Dashboard” to view your personalized overview of the Goals.

Review Dashboard:

User roles: Depending on your role, review the Progress of Goals, focusing on the key metrics that matter most to you.

Monitor Goals and Goal progress: #

Check Ongoing list: Review your Ongoing goals lists to see what’s in On hold, Ongoing, Upcoming, completed, In Review and Review Completed. Click on individual tasks for more details or to update their status.

Track Goals: Monitor Goals progress through visual indicators and ensure that your team is on track to meet its goals.

Best practices

Regular check-ins: Make it a habit to check your Dashboard daily to stay informed about the latest updates and progress.
