Introduction

Creating User Stories

      • Write Stories: Craft user stories that clearly articulate the user’s needs and the benefits they will gain.

Creating Tasks

Tasks break down user stories into specific, manageable actions required to implement them. This granularity helps teams track progress and manage workloads effectively.
